ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
The organization structures include:

The operational staffs include the operating officer, Accounts Clerk, Office Assistant, Care givers and Housekeepers.
The Chief Operational Officer oversees other members of staff and reports to the Board of Trustees who meets regularly to design policies and action plans which are executed by the staff.

The member of the board of trustees for God’s heritage foundation as approved by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja is as follows:

STRATEGY & METHODOLOGY
The foundation operates fully as a Non-governmental organization.
The board maintains a very good office with all necessary wherewithal’s for smooth operation.
The board also liaises with the Lagos State Government welfare board especially on legal and documentation issues relating to the kids. The foundation is proposing to provide, care for as the opportunity springs forth.
The board takes decisions on all issues relating to the foundation’s vision and mission statement based on the criteria of Merit, Openness, Goodwill and adequate financial strength.

Information about the foundation is given enough projection for anyone to access it .The foundation maintains a website where all information about the foundation ,it’s activities, it’s values and it’s links to other individuals and organization are given public knowledge and are constantly updated.
Public awareness activities such as Easter picnic and Christmas party are organized for the kids and as the case may be it is featured on T.V stations and other social network platforms like the face book.

SITUATION REPORT
Legal Identity
The foundation through a reputable legal firm applied to the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja to all necessary documentation vis-à-vis adverts in National Daily Newspaper have been filed and the name GOD’S HERITAGE CHILD CARE FOUNDATION was given approval.

The foundation presently has a partnership link with Morrison Foundation based in the U.S.

OPERATION BASE
A proposed site has been acquired .The piece of land is a 120 by 60 land space .It is located at plot 149, AK Street along Ikotun/Itokin road Ikorodu Lagos .The proposed building structure is a two storey building with 6.Nos.3 bedroom flats with one straight wing parking space.
All necessary legal details regarding site and approved plans are also scanned and attached to this section .This proposed site is expected to accommodate in the interim at least 60 children and about 10 care givers and Housekeepers.

FINANCIAL DATA
The foundation operates a current account with the First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Mushin branch.

OUTREACH ACTIVITIES
At an informal level, the president of the foundation has been reaching out to indigent students and children from   under privileged homes via scholarships, financial assistance, Micro-credit Schemes, and feeding.
